Cancellations – Any Cancellation of a transport must be made 1 full week in advance emailed to email@example.com or the transaction is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Vaccinations must be current prior to being serviced and paperwork provided prior to completing transport.
Size and Weight– Please provide the height at the front shoulder of your dog, weight of the dog, and breed at the time of the reservation.
Motion Sickness– If your dog gets motion sickness please avoid feeding them a meal 4 hours in advance of a transport and let the transporter know so we can provide a meal upon arrival at Smith Farms.
Baggage– Dog food, Dog Treats are acceptable for the transporter. Bedding, dishes, and love will be provided at Smith Farms Boarding Kennels.
Scheduled arrival and drop-off times:
We will assign you a 2 -hour block of time for us to arrive at your requested location. Please provide a cell phone number or number we can reach. Our transport Service will remain on-site and make every attempt to reach you for 15 minutes during the time-block. If we cannot reach you, we will consider the request to be cancelled and treated under our dog transport cancellation policy.
We do not transport human aggressive dogs.
Dogs departing after 12:00 pm for transport home will be charged for the day of boarding and the transport cost.
